Person-centred therapy for anxiety, low self-worth & body image struggles — helping you feel more at home in yourself.
Do you ever feel like you’re trying your best, but still struggling inside?
Maybe you seem capable on the outside, yet privately feel anxious, self-critical, or unsure of yourself.
If you’re longing to feel calmer, more confident, and more at home in yourself, you’re not alone.
As a BACP-registered psychotherapist, I offer a warm, person-centred space where you can explore what’s beneath these feelings and begin building a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself.

Get to Know Your Therapist
Starting therapy can feel like a big decision, especially if you’re not sure whether you’ll feel comfortable opening up. I want you to know a little about me before we even meet.
I’m Abbie, a BACP-registered psychotherapist. I work with people who feel weighed down by anxiety, self-criticism, comparison, or always trying to hold everything together on the outside while struggling inside.
I’m naturally calm, honest, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like sitting with someone who genuinely cares, somewhere you don’t have to perform, have the right words, or explain why you’re feeling the way you do. We take things at your pace, with curiosity and kindness.

Questions You May Have
How can therapy help me?
Therapy offers a calm, supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. It can help you soften harsh self-criticism, feel less overwhelmed by your thoughts, and begin building a steadier sense of confidence and self-worth.
What areas can therapy support?
Therapy can help with many of the things you may be carrying quietly on your own, including anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, body image struggles, comparison, low self-worth, stress, and challenges with boundaries or relationships.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy may be right for you if you’re tired of holding everything together on the outside while feeling unsure, anxious, or “not enough” on the inside. If you’re wanting to feel calmer in your mind, kinder toward yourself, and more at home in your body, therapy can offer meaningful support.
