Therapy is an investment in your well-being.

Below are the options I offer so you can choose what feels right for you.

Gentle, person-centred therapy at your pace.

I work with people who feel weighed down by anxiety, body-image struggles, perfectionism, or low self-worth. Sessions move slowly and safely, focusing on what matters most to you.

Rather than quick fixes, I offer a supportive therapeutic relationship in which you can explore your thoughts, understand what lies beneath them, and develop new ways of relating to yourself.

Therapy with me is collaborative and steady, helping you build self-awareness and meaningful change that lasts.

Why Online/Telephone Therapy

Online sessions offer flexibility, comfort, and consistency. There’s no travel, no rush, and you can speak from a familiar space at home.

Many clients tell me they open up more easily in their own environment, and online therapy makes it simple to keep attending sessions even with a busy schedule or life changes.

I offer online therapy across the UK, so you can access support from wherever you are.

1

Free 15-Minute Consultation

If you’re curious about therapy or want to see if we’re a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation by telephone or online. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where you can ask questions, share what you're looking for support with, and get a feel for how I work.

There’s no obligation to book;  it’s simply a chance to decide whether therapy feels right for you at this time.

Most people use this time to ask about my approach, availability, and what sessions might look like for their concerns

2

1-to-1 Online /Telephone Therapy

A confidential session via secure video or telephone.  A consistent space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, reflect, and work on the issues that matter most to you.

Sometimes 50 minutes can feel overwhelming, or you may simply want a quick check-in to help you feel more grounded. Online Therapy FAQ

Does online therapy work as well as in-person sessions?

Yes. Research shows online therapy can be just as effective as in-person work for anxiety, self-worth, body image concerns, and emotional stress. Many clients actually prefer it because they feel more relaxed and open in a familiar environment.

How do online sessions take place?

We meet via secure video (or telephone if you prefer). I’ll send you a private link before each session — no downloads, no technical setup required. All you need is a quiet space where you can talk freely.

What if technology fails during a session?

It happens! If we lose connection, we’ll simply reconnect, and you won’t lose any session time. I’ll add any minutes missed. If needed, we can continue by phone or reschedule. There’s no stress; therapy is your space, and we’ll adapt as we go.

How do I know if online therapy is right for me?

The best way to find out is to try. A 15-minute consultation gives you a sense of how online therapy feels and whether it meets your needs right now. There’s no obligation to continue.

Testimonial 1

"I just wanted to share how much progress I’ve made thanks to the support I received during therapy. I used to struggle with severe anxiety, especially when it came to doing everyday things like trying to go on holiday — I’d get so anxious that I couldn’t even leave the house.

Since then, I’ve been on holiday and actually enjoyed it. It was so fun, and something I never thought I’d be able to do. I still use the tools and methods I was given in therapy, and I’ve never forgotten them — they’ve helped me more than I can say.

In the past year, I’ve done more than I ever thought possible. I’ve been to festivals, tried new things, and taken steps I never believed I could. My anxiety isn’t as bad anymore. I’m still working on it, but I’ve come such a long way. I honestly don’t think I could have made this kind of progress without the support I had in therapy. It made such a difference in my life."

In line with BACP ethical guidance, I do not request testimonials from clients. Any feedback shared has been offered voluntarily, with consent and is used with care. Counselling is a personal process, and experiences and outcomes will vary.
