With a deep understanding of the diverse ways Autism manifests, I am committed to providing a nurturing environment. Trauma:

Adolescent therapy (16-17):

Adolescence is a unique and often challenging phase of life. In our adolescent therapy sessions, At DealingWithWellness we offer a safe and confidential space for teenagers to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Using a blend of supportive conversations, creative methods, and evidence-based techniques, I work collaboratively with adolescents to address issues like identity development, peer relationships, academic stress, and emotional wellbeing. My aim is to support teenagers in developing coping skills, building resilience, and navigating the complexities of adolescence with confidence.
